Simply choose your preferred plan and fill in basic details. Our Chinese-speaking customer service team will contact you to explain the plan details and confirm your application. We will then handle the entire application process for you.
2 How do I receive my SIM card? Do I need to visit a store?
No need to visit a store! We offer doorstep delivery within 24 hours (currently available in Toronto only). Alternatively, you can pick up your SIM card at one of our partnered collection points for added convenience.
3 Are there any bill rebates? How do I claim them?
Some selected plans include bill rebates or discounts, depending on the plan. Our team will clearly explain the details and remind you of each required step to ensure you successfully receive your benefits.
