So, how do you use the cash card? How do you receive it? How do you activate it? What does it look like?

The cash card is essentially a Gift Card, which can be used at any physical store across Canada — whether for clothing, food, transportation, or other services.

Customers generally receive the cash card 2 to 4 months after installation, but there are conditions:

⚠️ The customer must have the service installed within 30 days of placing the order, otherwise the cash card offer will be canceled.

Make sure to pay your monthly bills on time once they’re emailed — delays in payment before receiving and activating the card may affect your eligibility to receive it.❗

⚠️ Around 8 weeks after installation, the customer will receive an official EMAIL from BELL — check your inbox, spam, or promotions folder. This email will prompt the customer to submit a VISA application. It includes a card application link and an activation code.

The customer must go to the link and enter the “activation code” from the email along with their “order number” to complete the application. This must be done within 30 days of receiving the email to avoid expiration.

Only after this step will Bell mail out the card.

Once you receive the cash card, go to Bellgiftcard.com, enter your Order Number, and it will be activated shortly.

The balance must be used within 12 months, otherwise it will expire.
